Place au Spectacle: Let the show begin!<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Exceptional physical and aesthetic performances are on the program at Casino Theatre, Geneva<\/a> on 22nd and 23rd February. With \"Place au Spectacle!<\/a>\", acrobats, jugglers, comedians and dancers are meeting this year around the queen of illusion, Sophie Edelstein, for a dazzling entertainment.<\/p>\n

The French Sophie Edelstein, judge on \"France's Got Talent<\/a>\"\u00a0, will present her great Magic Show. Surrounded by her troupe of acrobats and tumblers, the magician will string together appearances and disappearances at a frantic pace. Skipping or jumping on a mini trampoline, climbing stairs, doing a pyramid, nothing stops the German unicycle acrobats The Farellos. This duo with its off-beat humour will offer you a breathtaking act. Romain Cabon\u2019s aerial ribbons ally attractive strength and elegance in a daring performance where poetic aesthetics dominate, leading us to forget the risks taken by this multiple award-winning artist when operating above our heads.<\/p>\n

As worthy ambassadors of the Chinese acrobatic art, Chenying Lu & Junlin Zhang of the Yingling Duo join dexterity and high performance as well as physical charms and mysteries of the Far East in a foot juggling act with parasols, including hand to hand and contortion. Tennis rackets, balls and boomerangs, such are the original objects that will swirl with energy above Rogerio Goncalves, a Portuguese juggler, who also excels in his gravity-defying discipline. Andrejs Fjodorovs, young Latvian artist, will present a delicate and unusual picture with his doves. Emotion and tenderness will await you in this beautiful demonstration of complicity between man and animal. At arm's length, the French tightrope walker Willy Weldens performs spectacular figures with a fluidity making us forget the prodigious force required for their achievement. Note a perilous head balance on the bottom of a bottle perched on a glass pyramid! Specially designed for the occasion as usual, the original, sparkling, and sexy choreography of the Franco-Swiss Dancing Company will create a real firework of rhythm with strass and glitter.<\/p>\n
